About XinmoJet
XinmoJet is the export brand of Zhongshan Xinmo Technology Co., Ltd. We make HP45-format TIJ cartridges, and we formulate the ink that goes in them. The company was founded in August 2026. The experience in it is older than that — every member of the team has more than ten years in TIJ, earned at other manufacturers before joining here.
We are narrow on purpose. We make the cartridge and we make the ink. The printhead we buy in and qualify. The printers we supply jointly with specialist equipment-manufacturing partners. That is the whole business — and it is why we can publish ink numbers and put a printed sample in the post before you commit.
Where we can genuinely help
These are engineering problems, not catalogue problems:
- Ink will not adhere to a plastic or coated surface, and the cause has not been isolated
- A line is locked to one cartridge supplier and needs a qualified second source
- A code has to survive cold chain, condensation, solvent wiping or heavy abrasion
- Covert marking is needed for anti-counterfeiting, traceability or warranty control
- Print width, line speed and coding content do not fit the current configuration
- A handheld fleet and an inline line are running different consumables and should not be
What we actually do
A TIJ factory for cartridges and ink. Ink formulation is in house; every cartridge is filled, sealed and tested on our own lines. The range covers HP45-format bodies in 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm print widths, plus four-colour integrated-printhead cartridges.
Two links in that chain are not ours, and we say so on the page rather than in a footnote: the printhead assembly is bought in from specialist printhead manufacturers and qualified by us, and the printer platforms are supplied jointly with specialist equipment-manufacturing partners. Cartridge and machine are specified as one system.
The narrowness is deliberate. TIJ only works when cartridge, ink and printer are matched three ways at once. A supplier selling CIJ, laser and label applicators alongside it cannot go deep on any of them — and the customer finds that out at commissioning.
When we will tell you we are the wrong supplier
We would rather lose an enquiry than have a customer find out after installation. We are the wrong choice when:
The application needs CIJ. Solvent-based continuous inkjet handles very high line speeds and curved or uneven surfaces that TIJ cannot. We will say so instead of selling you a head that disappoints.
The requirement is fibre laser, pad printing, TTO or hot stamp. Different technologies, different strengths. If one of those is the better answer for your line, buy that.
You need full turnkey integration — conveyors, vision, rejection. We supply the coding station and its interface signals; the integration belongs with a systems integrator.
The volume is one cartridge. We are built for sampling and qualification; a single cartridge is better served by a distributor.
What we do not claim
We are a new company. XinmoJet was registered in August 2026 and we do not claim a longer history. The experience sits with the people, not with the age of the business — everyone here came from inside the TIJ cartridge industry, with more than ten years each across cartridges, printheads and ink, before joining us. We hope it is useful on your line. We also display no certification marks, because we will not put a CE, RoHS or ISO mark on a page before the certificate is in hand.
You will not find client logos, "trusted by" counts, or performance-improvement percentages here. Without a stated baseline those numbers mean nothing, and in an industrial purchase they distract from the specifications that decide the outcome.
What you get instead: published ink properties, a stated position on where our competence ends, and a sampling process that lets you verify everything on your own material before you spend anything.

How long has XinmoJet been in business?

How many customers do you have?
We do not publish a client count. A number without names, references or a product you can test tells you nothing. Ask for printed samples on your own material instead — that is evidence you can check.
Are your cartridges compatible with my printer?
HP45 format with an open chip: no lock-out, no authorisation handshake, so they are selected to work with printers that accept that format. We say selected to work with, not guaranteed compatible, because the printer model, firmware and settings are outside our control. Send the model and we will tell you what we know — and print a sample before you commit to volume.
Can I see the production before ordering?
We send the evidence first rather than ask you to travel on the strength of a brochure: printed samples on your own material, video of the filling and the print test, and a call with the people who run the line. Send the material and the code content and it arrives before anyone books a flight. If you would rather come and see it, say so and we will arrange it.
